A unique, design-style apartment (42 m²) with a balcony, located on the 2nd floor in the center of the Old Town. Prestige and security: the American, French, and German consulates are located in the immediate vicinity of the Dominican Tenement House. The proximity of diplomatic missions means not only exceptional prestige and the intimate character of the street but also the security and peace provided by the 24/7 consulate protection.

IN THE APARTMENT: The seating area is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people and a flat-screen TV. The living area is connected to the dining room, creating a cohesive and stylistically consistent arrangement. The living room opens onto a private balcony offering a relaxing view of the greenery in the quiet inner courtyard.

The fully equipped kitchenette includes everything you need: a dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob, electric kettle, coffee machine, kitchenware, washing machine, and a dining table with chairs.

The sleeping area consists of two separate rooms:

• Master bedroom: features a large double bed (160x200), bedside lamps, a spacious built-in wardrobe, an iron, and ironing facilities. Soundproof windows are equipped with blackout blinds, ensuring the highest sleep comfort.

• Small bedroom: cozy, equipped with a comfortable single bed (90x200).

The spacious bathroom offers full comfort – it includes both a bathtub and a shower, as well as a bidet, toilet, washbasin, and a hairdryer.

Furthermore, we provide access to free high-speed Internet (Wi-Fi) and cable TV in the apartment.
